2. Ticket appearance preferences
Refunds are not available based on dissatisfaction with the visual layout, format, or look of the ticket.
Please note: We provide a sample ticket on our homepage for Your reference. You can review this sample to ensure it meets Your expectations before making a purchase.
3. Change of mind
If You no longer require the ticket after purchase, we cannot provide a refund.
4. Incorrect usage
Tickets issued are for specific onward travel purposes and must be used as intended. Refunds will not be granted for tickets that were:
- Misused or deemed invalid due to customer actions.
- Incorrectly submitted for purposes other than onward travel requirements.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If there was an error or fault on our part when generating Your ticket
- If the ticket could not be delivered to You due to technical issues beyond Your control
To request a refund under these terms, please contact our support team at support@fastonwardtickets.com within 24 hours of Your ticket issuance. Be sure to include Your order details and a description of the issue.
Modifications to Your Booking
If You are unsure about Your booking details (date, time, airport, etc.), please contact Us via support@fastonwardtickets.com before the ticket is issued. Once the ticket is generated, modifications may not be possible, and refunds will not be granted.
